Membership
The University Tribunal, Trial Division, is comprised of one (1) Senior Chair, two (2) Associate Chairs, and up to fifteen (15) Co-Chairs, all of whom are legally qualified. The Academic Board of Governing Council appoints Chairs for three-year terms, with possibility of renewal.Student and Faculty members of the University Tribunal, Trial Division, drawn from the various academic divisions and units of the University, are appointed by the Judicial Affairs Officer for two year terms. Appointments may be renewed upon invitation by the Senior Chair.
Cases before the University Tribunal, Trial Division, are heard by a panel of three (3) Tribunal members:
- One (1) Chair (either the Senior Chair, an Associate Chair or a Co-Chair)
- One (1) Student Member
- One (1) Faculty Member
