Membership
Each division appoints an Investigating Officer (IO) and a Hearing Officer (HO) for a term of 3 (three) years. The University will appoint a central pool of IO’s and HO’s, who will be available to the division head when necessary.A legally qualified HO can be appointed by the Senior Chair of the University Tribunal, if the sanction considered by the division head is suspension from registration or expulsion from the University, or if the case requires a HO with legal qualifications.
