Greetings UTM, my name is Armstrong (wenchao) Du, and I am a fifth-year student at UTM who served as a student representative in the UTM campus council in the year 2020. Similar to my previous term of service, this year I am committed to maximizing my effort in helping the UTM campus council for creating a better residential and academic environment for all UTM students.
